After two years of construction work to completely renovate this villa on Lake Zurich, the multi-storey property now presents itself in the most beautiful light: the architecture combines open areas with intimate hideaways and flows into a spacious garden area with a pool.

Inside the building, there are a multitude of carefully curated details that interact with the interior and exterior to form a harmonious whole:

The kitchen features tiles from Porzellan Manufaktur Nymphenburg, which are just as eye-catching as the handmade bathroom tiles and fittings from French designers Volevatch.

The furniture is by Promemoria. The finest fabrics from Loro Piana complete the exclusive ambience, which is kept in soft tones – accentuated by splashes of colour in blossoming green and red, as well as natural fresh blue.
