VILLA MUNICH II
Architecture that combines pop art with classic elegance.
Carefully selected materials go hand in hand with unique design: silk curtains by Jim Thompson, an ebony dining table and a mohair sofa by Holland & Sherry set the scene.
Added to this are lovingly placed finds from all over the world and exclusive details such as fabric-covered walls in the dressing room, which give the interior a luxurious, personal touch.
Memories meet new experiences
A lively mix of patterns with carpets, colourful accents and numerous collectibles characterise the rooms.
Antique pieces – from grandfather clocks and old chandeliers to characterful figurines – tell of the owners’ travels and memories and are combined with new elements.
In the office on the ground floor, the portrait of an African woman catches the eye. A floor lamp from the 1950s and a zebra skin rug create a unique atmosphere.
Off-black by Farrow & Ball
The kitchen features oak cabinets painted in a deep off-black shade by Farrow & Ball. Handcrafted horn handles on the cabinets and textured grass wallpaper emphasise the bespoke character.
Colourful vases blend into the overall picture like sculptural splashes of colour, subtly highlighting the pop art attitude of the design.
