Just ten minutes from the centre of Palma de Mallorca, a hidden oasis opens up: an L-shaped bungalow with 500 square metres of space, surrounded by dense vegetation, palm trees and flowering plants.

Terracotta, natural stone & pine wood

Original terracotta floors and natural stone surfaces have been preserved and combined with custom-made white pine wood furniture. This creates modern contrasts and tactile, vibrant surfaces.

All furniture is deliberately oriented towards the garden and spacious pool, while the outdoor area features lounge furniture from Sempre and Royal Botania.

An oasis on the island

Various seating areas in the outdoor space create small islands and fresh perspectives – from tables for several guests to intimate corners.

This transforms the entire property into a Mediterranean refuge with ever-changing views.
